Job requirement

  • Sales Tasks:
    • Searching for new clients who could benefit from expanding sales for SCG Roof and related products
    • Travelling to visit potential clients
    • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
    • Managing and interpreting customer requirements
    • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
  • Technical Tasks:
    • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product knowledge
    • Making presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
    • Offering after-sales support services
  • Analysis & Reporting Tasks:
    • Preparing reports & analysis of Sales
    • Recording and maintaining client contact data
    • Meeting regular for achieving sales targets

Job requirement

  1. Age: over 35 year olds with at least 5 years’ experience in sales in building materials field, especially for Roof products.
  2. Having a technical background (in civil or architecture is preferable)
  3. Proactive & adaptive
  4. Good in coaching and teamwork
  5. Mature and be able to work independently
  6. Analytical and problem-solving skills
  7. Confidentiality, Responsible & Commitment
  8. Creativity, Deployment & Execution
  9. Comfortable on travelling nationwide
  10. Good command of written and spoken English (advantage)
