Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for SAP Lead (Manufacturing, 3000 USD, ID18129):
Lead the architecture design, deployment, and maintenance of the company’s SAP system across Asia.
Collaborate directly with headquarters and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth SAP rollout across various sites and factories.
Analyze and translate business processes and requirements (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, finance, sales) into SAP system specifications.
Act as a bridge between internal teams and international SAP consultants/vendors, ensuring accurate and timely communication of technical and business language.
Define project goals, scope, and implementation plans; monitor progress and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate communication between internal departments (Finance, Production, IT, etc.) and external partners to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Continuously enhance and optimize SAP functionalities and workflows based on company growth and user feedback.
Provide training and support to departments on SAP usage, fostering digital transformation across the organization.
Travel across Asia (including Shanghai, Beijing, Shandong, and other international offices/factories) as required.
Flexibly support cross-regional project needs and coordination.
1. Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Information Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 10 years of experience working with ERP systems.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP deployment and management, preferably in manufacturing environments.
2. Technical Skills:
Proficient in core SAP modules (MM, PP, SD, FI/CO).
Proven track record of independently leading large-scale SAP projects.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); capable of effective communication with international teams and vendors.
Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes, including shop-floor operations, supply chain, and financial workflows.

Strong problem-solving ability, logical thinking, and project management capabilities.

4. Preferred Qualifications:

SAP consultant certifications (e.g., SAP MM, PP, SD, FICO).
Experience in IT project execution within multinational corporations or large-scale manufacturing enterprises.
