Sample Coordinator Assistant

Support the Sample Coordinator in monitoring and managing the entire sample development process (development sample, fit sample, size set, PP sample, etc.).

Communicate and coordinate with related departments: Merchandising, Technical, Production, and Material Warehouse to ensure sample progress.

Manage sample data on supporting software systems.

Check and update information regarding materials, trims, and accessories as required by customers.

Record, summarize, and report sample progress to direct manager.

Assist in preparing technical documents (tech pack, spec sheet) and ensure accurate information is communicated to the sample production team.

Participate in direct or indirect communication with customers (via email or management systems) to update and confirm sample requirements.

College/University degree in Textile & Garment or related fields.

1–2 years of experience in the sweater industry (preferably in the sample department), or fresh graduates who are eager to learn.

Good Chinese communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).

Strong organizational, time management, and task follow-up skills.

Detail-oriented, careful, responsible, and a good team player.
