The day-to-day activities:
a. Create training curriculum and module
b. Develop and monitor e-learning, online test, onboarding and training for sales force (ASOC & FO)
c. Close coordination with Marketing team to create training material
d. Create training plan & timeline
e. Conduct trainings and monitor the participation
f. Evaluate training result and impact
g. Develop improvement plan for sales team (ASOC & FO) from training feedback and KPI performance result
h. Conduct onboarding and in class training for Sales team
i. Monitor and analyze the performance of programs for sales team
j. Close coordination with other functions for new projects and develop socialization plan to sales team
k. Conduct socialization for sales team for all new projects
l. Develop plan, set the target and monitor the progress of field audit
The must haves:
a. Minimum bachelor degree
b. Minimum 3 years experience in the same field
c. Have experience and knowledge about sales
d. Willing to do business trip to all area
e. Leadership skills, problem solving and decision making
f. Diligent, detail, organized, inisiative and proactive
g. Communication skill
