Get to know the Role:
This role will own the salesforce technical architecture across, Sales, Service, Marketing & Community Cloud in Grab. This role will provide overall technical guidance on technical framework. This role will work hand in hand with the head of business CRM and operations to structure integration between all 4 clouds within the Grab environment.
Translating business requirements into technical solutions and oversee the development of final deliverables. This role will also require the individual to be highly experienced in trouble shooting priority 1 level crisis and demonstrate technical competence and expertise on cross functional integration between Salesforce and internal proprietary Grab tools. This role is required to travel.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about their work, self-motivated, detailed oriented and have excellent problem solving abilities. They are comfortable to work within an amorphous, evolving situation, take charge and responsibility for resolving and working out simplified solutions in a complex environment.
Become a trusted SF technology advisor to Grab across multiple BUs and In-Country Operations
Provide technical leadership. Evaluate feasibility reviews of concepts and technology solutions.
Lead development projects and responsible for developing quality codes, best practices and solution implementation
Owns SFDC Technical Integrations across 4 clouds in a complex environment
Owns and improve on complex RBAC environments across multiple markets
Single point of contact on all SF technical related issues and technical crisis management across P1 to P4
Guide roadmaps and SF programs production and implementation
Drive full-stack hands on development across multiple technology stacks
Conduct coding development reviews to ensure development standards as well as roll-out stability
Lead troubleshooting of any production errors related to salesforce but not limited. It would include micro-services, infrastructure and devops
The must haves:
Architectural experience across a broad set of technologies integrating SF with other tools and building APIs and Middleware
Enterprise level consulting experience with complex organizations
Experience in developing high-level technical architecture design of current and future state based on business requirements.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Continuous Integration, custom code integration, SF metadata migration and Source Control Patterns
In Depth knowledge of APEX, Visual Force and Lightning
Salesforce Certified System Architect
Salesforce Certified Application Architect
In depth understanding of master data management in Force.com
Comfortable in working within an amorphous, evolving environment, small teams and across multiple business units
Minimum of 10 years of IT development experience
Computer Science or Engineering BA or its equivalent.
