Experience:
1/ Support for Strategic Sales:
• Support field sales in daily basic activities to contribute to the team achievement
• Check Rate for rate request, tenders, and projects when sales are not in the office.
• Prepare and send the quotation to customers/sales.
• Send SOP/quotation to Customer Service (CS) departments for handling won shipments
• Follow up with customers/sales/CS if any arising troubles/issues during the process.
• Train Sales newcomers for systems and procedures.
• Prepare contract and get signed from all related departments.
2/ Sales Performance Management:
• Prepare weekly/ monthly sales report of both sales system and actual performance to Sales Manager.
• Control customer satisfaction for Strategic Sales Team.
• Coordinate with related department sales when having new projects/tender/trade-lane development.
• Ad-hoc report/task requested from Strategic Sales Manager.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry
• Experience working for a logistics or freight forwarding company is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with Power BI is a plus
• Solid understanding of the logistics and freight forwarding field
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or other related disciplines
• Customer-oriented with a strong service mindset
• Possess commercial awareness and good business sense
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
