Sales Administration & Organization:
- Compile and organize daily lists of potential leads and delegate them to appropriate sales team members.
- Maintain an accessible and organized filing system for all sales and administrative records.
- Handle all administrative tasks for the sales department, including preparing sales documents, reports, and client communications.
- Process sales orders promptly and accurately, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
Client Scheduling & Sales Support:
- Schedule client meetings, conferences, and other appointments for the sales team, ensuring timely follow-up and preparation.
- Expedite rush orders, modify sales orders, update shipping information needed to meet customer demands.
- Provide administrative assistance to management and executives as needed, including preparing reports and supporting decision-making.
- Support the sales team with various tasks, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across departments.
Reporting & Issue Resolution:
- Report any unusual activities (e.g., discrepancies, customer complaints, order delays) to supervisors to ensure quick resolution.
- Assist with maintaining up-to-date records in the system and ensure that all sales data is accurate and organized.
- Contribute to overall success of the sales team by providing support in meeting deadlines and sales targets.
