Sales Supervisor (Quang Ngai, Lam Dong Province)

Job requirement

  • Functional duties:
  • - Assist the Area Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall sales target

    - Execute sales strategy and standards – distribution, promotion and merchandising in the in-charge territory

    - Manage key operational relationships

    - Support Trade Marketing team to execute trade activities in the in-charge area

    - Monitor sales performance of the team and provide report and analysis on sales performance as required by supervisor.

    - Develop a POC plan on weekly/Monthly basis and monitor the same to drive top line.

    - Provide input to Area Sales Manager to generate sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.

    - Provide professional and excellent customer service with existing and new customers.

    - Manage and provide support to sales representatives to operate effectively and achieve targets.

    2. Others

    - Conduct projects or tasks as and when assigned in a timely manner

    Job requirement

    Education

    ·         B.S/B.A Degree in Finance, Business, Marketing or related field required

    Industry Experiences

    ·         3+ years’ experience in the consumer products industry

    Position Experiences

    ·         3+ years in Field and retail sales experience in the beverage industry or other consumer product industries.

    Language

    ·         Ability to communicate in both English and Vietnamese.

    Computer

    ·         Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word

    Knowledge/ Skills

    ·         Effective communication, administrative, and interpersonal skills

    ·         Sufficient analytical skills, ability to analyze information and making information based recommendations.

    ·         Have focused, detailed and disciplined approach to tasks

    ·         Ability to prioritize and strong organization skills

    ·         Customer-service mindset.

    ·         Good negotiation & selling skill

    ·         Comfortable in working with numbers and generate reports.
