Job requirement

We are looking for a top-tier digital advertising Sales Strategy Manager to grow the Product Ads business for our sellers on Tiki marketplace. As the Sales Strategy Manager for Product Ads, you will be responsible for hitting ads revenue, driving adoption of product ads among sellers through develop product marketing strategy and training strategy for both marketplace team and our sellers.

With this role, you will have to collaborate with multiple teams across the business. This will often include the marketing department, the engineering department, product management.

Through Product Ads, you will help to create a great customer and seller experience that will drive product discovery, grow category awareness, strengthen seller relationships, grow sellers business, lower costs for our customers, and help to increase our operating profit.

We’re looking for someone who puts the customer first, and is passionate about providing a rich engaging experience for the customer to enjoy each and every time they return to Tiki. We want someone who is passionate about knowing their customer, someone who loves to analyze and study data. We need a strong collaborative leader who knows how to build trust across the org to drive growth through customer and seller trust.

Responsibilities:

  • Own plan and execution for driving seller adoption of Product Ads across Tiki Experience

  • Responsible for hitting adoption and revenue goals of the program

  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

  • Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching) 

  • Build and manage marketing roadmaps to keep track of overarching marketing goals, strategy, and initiatives.

  • Build and manage training strategy for sales team and our sellers to reach the goal

  • Provide feedback from sellers  on what’s working well and how we match up to other platforms.

  • Manage relationships with sellers over time to build trust and long term engagement.

  • Responsive to client needs, and ability to create strong sales funnels, identify gaps early. 

  • Ability to create a plan a schedule and check in on dependencies

  • Puts customer first.
