1. Survey market and competitors
2. Looking for Potential Customer:
Sources: Internet information, Current customer's Service Expansion, On-site survey at ports and industrial zone, Contacting customers from enquiries from overseas
3. Approaching/ Visit Customer:
- Setting up the appoinment Schedule and get confirmation from Customers.
- Visitting Customer, Introduce company in full details collect needed information of volume, commodities, demands of transport.
- Consult suitable service for customer demands, introduce company strategic services to customers.
4. Submit & Follow up quotation
5. Confirm quotation & make contract
6. Transfer information to related Operation Dept
- Being Window PIC for the first shipment.
- Updating Shipment Information to customer/ and Solve problem if arise.
- Follow with Operation Departments until process going smoothly.
6. Sale activities report:
- Making Sales Report/ Survey Report under DGM's Instruction
- Weekly Sales Meeting to update news/ activities of SPMD Group
- Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree of International Business/ Business Administration/ Foreign Trade/ Supply Chain Management/ Logistics or equivalent.
- 2 years experience in related field at least.
- Fluent communication in English (written and oral)
- Ability to work under pressure, high responsibility.
- Negotiation/Customers Orientation/Sales/Time Management Skills
- Working place: TP.HCM (Tan Binh District);
