Responsible for preparing, coordinating , closing sales by establishing contact and building relationship with client and driving market for maximising sales profits.
Ø Plan and organize weekly client visits;
Ø Coordinate with customer for inquiries, concerns other clarification for related projects;
Ø Monitor proposals and report competitive activity;
Ø Prepare weekly report from client visits;
Ø Regular customer visits and relationship building/management;
Ø Prepare sales forecast and manage sales budget;
Ø Develop new business through effective presentation and utilization of support group within the local SAS;
Ø Drive business development for new customers;
Ø Establish and maintain high level of customer satisfaction by communicating with other departments to resolve clients’ issues;
Ø Improve client relationship by mutual confidence and reliability;
Ø Assess to define credit terms that will likely achieve payment and retain customers;
Ø Provide market know how;
Ø Identify new market players, opportunities, gather competitor’s information and remain up to date with current market trends;
Ø Any other duties as assigned by upper Manager.
