ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Report to Haiphong office manager (VN).

· Follow up the customer's stuffing plan to accurately grasp the situation of the vessel.

· Coordinate with CS team to release and control booking to fulfil vessel.

· Check with Sales team to provide Loading list bookings and send the Roll list bookings (if any) to the documentation department to update the vessel on the system.

· Proceed to apply Shifting charge/storage charge for the rolled shipments.

· Update the number of bookings and compare with EQC's report inventory to timely update Sales. In case of shortage, check with EQC the plan for empty containers, repair the container to ensure enough containers.

· Complete other assigned tasks as required by the Head of Department.

· Input the freight rates provided by sales, make sure all agreements are completed before ETD.

· Fulfil, update rate/ free time and related fees on Allegro system.

· Provide the correct agreement number, information to the Outbound team for calculating the freight and notify the customer to make the payment as soon as possible.

· Apply for free time on the system for rolled shipments, check the incurred charge after ATD which customers pick up container early, and inform EQC to issue invoice.

· Create customer code and the information for new customers on the allegro system.

· Running daily booking report and analysis to timely action

· Update booking forecast and apply/negotiate with CS/HOD for applying extra space.

· Update Local charge of market timely, update LCC at POD if any change.

· Apply waiver to HQ if any.

· Doing report, checking data following instruction of HOD/Managers and Head Office.

· Taking care of some current’s customers (assigned by HOD)

· Complete other tasks according to the requirements of the HOD/MD/HQ.

Job requirement

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE

· Diploma in Transport, Logistics, Economics, Foreign Trade or equivalent.

· Minimum of 1 years’ experience in in the field of international freight transportation.

· Able to work independently and in a team under high pressure.

· Careful, confidential, honest, and responsible in work.

· Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

· Proficiency to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and google sheets.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

FUNDAMENTAL (Basic Minimum Requirements)

TERTIARY QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

· Minimum 1 year of relevance experience; Proficient in network connection

· Ability to work with System, and MS Excel (Vlookup and Pivot Table)

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
