Sales Representative (Horeca-KV HCM)

Job description:

Represent HVBL to sell in, provide sale service, execute EOE based on KPIs and run promotional activities according to plan in order to build and maintain relationship with customers, ensure the consistence of HVBL's image at outlets and achieve sale targets

- Do administrative work to support sales execution. Plan and prepare tasks and goals that should be completed at outlets

- Arrange journey call plan and make daily sales call to visit outlets

- Collect and report information about markets, competitors and outlets

- Execute Excellent Outlets Execution based on required KPIs

- Check if outlet has raised orders

- Carry out Sale Promoters (SP) deployment (including mobile SPs) at outlets. Coach SP on EOE's KPI (Persuasion). Together with Promoter Coordinators supervising and motivating SP to ensure their activities and performance to meet Company’s requirement

- Carry out promotional programs and follow up if outlets effectively deliver the programs

- Negotiate with outlet owners on terms and conditions of contract to be signed with HVBL on focusing advertising and selling our products

- Update call card and self-assess EOE on tablets

- Work with the signage suppliers to make proper signages to outlets. Follow up the licensing, production, delivery and completion of signage

- Search new outlets within his respective area and introduce new outlets to our distributors to achieve the sales target.

Yêu cầu công việc

-  University level, preferably graduated in Economics/Business Administration

- Preferably having at least 2-year experience in Sales, FMCG 

- Knowledge of market

- Basic English
