Sales Planning Intern

1. Reporting:
- Review and categorize raw data based on defined rule (e.g., project application, sales channels, dealer category)
- Provide periodic reports on categorized data for analysis (e.g sales result by project application, dealer category) under close guidance of senior staff
- Review customer records with no transaction activity and classify them as inactive and execute account blocking procedures following company guidelines.
- Update and maintain customer master data in database
- Cross check sales transaction data between Sales submission and Sales Planning data to ensure the accuracy and compliance with policy.
2. Procedure documentation:
- Support sales planning staff to document current sales planning procedures at HO and at branch as the basis for sales planning system.

​​- Final year student or Fresh Graduate with a relevant major (Economics, Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Foreign Trade..) 
- Good communication and interpersonal skills 
- Good command of English and Vietnamese 
- Available for work full-time (From Mon-Fri)
