Job requirement

1. Maintain and update business data

  • Collect and update daily business data.
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data.
  • Collect and analyze data from various sources to understand trends, performance, and improvement opportunities in sales operations.

2. Support other departments in using business data

  • Provide data and reports to departments when needed.
  • Support departments in data analysis.
  • Monitor and update daily reports on the implementation status AOP, SnOP of B2B, B2C Sales Division.
  • Update the general status of annual target implementation.
  • Collaborate with Divisions/ Departments to establish and implement report structures based on the management’s requirements.

3. Prepare regular reports on business data status

  • Collect and analyze data from various sources.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on business performance daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Generate detailed reports and sales forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
  • Implement and update BOM and BOD analysis reports on BI platform.
  • Reflect customer analytics indicators by distribution channel accurately to promote customer-centric service development solutions.

4. Propose and implement measures to optimize the sales process

  • Make suggestions for improving the sales process based on data analysis.
  • Implement sales process optimization measures.

5. Develop annual AOP sales volume plan

  • Assist in preparing the annual volume plan for overall business activities.
  • Consolidate monthly customer consumption estimates for the B2B segment.
  • Collect and consolidate consumption data from B2B customers.
  • Forecast monthly consumption based on collected data.

6. Monitor and plan business operations

  • Monitor and evaluate sales strategy performance and make adjustments when necessary to ensure business goals are met.

Job requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance-Banking, Business Analysis, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 03 years of experience in business data analytics within the FMCG sector.
  • Proficient in using analytical and data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
  • Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Strong numerical and business acumen.
