Job requirement

  • Responsible for business planning and human resource planning for business units. Conduct monthly performance assessment and forecast, identification of trends and opportunities to maximize profits.
  • Setting KPI for employees of Traditional Sales Division ncluding Direct Sales Center, Telesales Department, Traditional Partner Development and Management Department, commission and review polices. Support for the implementation of these policies in the Traditional Sales Division
  • Plan and allocate cross-sales targets to units within the Traditional Sales Division.
  • Set up and manage the data and reporting system of the Traditional Sales Division. Ensure completeness and accuracy of data for smooth and effective sales operations
  • Cooperate with other divisions, depatments to conducr deep-dive analysis in order to solve problems in sales operation as well as provide suggestion and recommendation for sales strategies
  • Research information about the market and competitors to make analysis and reports to serve management decisions.
  • Perform other assigned tasks as directed by superiors when they arise

Job requirement

A. Knowledge, Experience

  • Qualification: University degree or higher with banking - finance major or other relevant fields
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of management experience, in addition 3 years of professional position experience is required
  • Language: Basic english communication or Toeic 300 or equivalent degree
  • Understanding the company's products, services, and policies: Having knowledge in Banking, Finance and Consumer Credit, understanding business model, Experience in Business Analysis, Finance, Risk is preferred.
