Sales & Operations Planning is the team that provides forecasts for the whole Supply Chain of Tiki ranging from Inbound, Fulfillment to Delivery. Also, acting as the link between Business sectors and Supply Chain makes the work scope is inter-disciplinary, a combination of proficient analytics, business-mindset approach and cross-functional project management. The team will focus in balancing demand and supply, reducing forecast error, increasing forecast coverage on Supply Chain’s activities, minimizing
Out-of-stock rate and driving implementation of key initiatives.
Your role:

• With fluent analytical skills and logical thinking, this position will work with data to get the insights, trend of the business to help produce a highly accurate forecast.
• Keeping track with forecast error, Out-of-stock rate daily to deep dive for root-cause and timely action upon findings.
• Working with multi functions such as Merchandise, Marketing and Tech to get the information/update needed timely. For example: upcoming promotions and seasonality.
• Building presentation to influence related stakeholders such as Merchandise and Operations on Weekly Business Review meeting to enable data-driven decision making/ problem solving.
• Driving execution for on-going projects, keeping track of status and evaluating results.
• Continuously review and seek for improvement in this position’s workflow.
• Others assigned by direct supervisor.
