To assist the sales team in:

  • Work with external parties to solve problems and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Optimize onboarding process.
  • Build operation process to scale.
  • Assist Head of Sales with GrabPay expansion.

Traits required to excel in this role:

  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, data and target driven individual.
  • Structured individual that is curious at the same time.
  • Having experience in building processes is a plus.


The day-to-day activities:

  • Process Optimization: Work closely with the sales team to improve on-boarding process.
  • Build for Scale: Build processes to enable the team to scale in a cost-efficient manner.
  • Problem Solving: Work with internal stakeholders to solve problems and execute ad-hoc projects (marketing campaigns).
  • Prior experience in budget management is a plus point.
  • This role requires the individual to work well with internal and external parties.
  • Have managed a team of 5 minimum previously.


The must haves:

  • 5 years working experience in processes and business operations.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (words, power point and excel).
  • Advance Excel and PowerPoint skills is a plus.
  • Experience in dealing with external and internal parties.
  • Have managed a team of 5 previously.
  • Responsible for business targets.
