To assist the sales team in:
- Work with external parties to solve problems and execute marketing campaigns.
- Optimize onboarding process.
- Build operation process to scale.
- Assist Head of Sales with GrabPay expansion.

- Having experience in building processes is a plus.
The day-to-day activities:
- Process Optimization: Work closely with the sales team to improve on-boarding process.
- Build for Scale: Build processes to enable the team to scale in a cost-efficient manner.
- Problem Solving: Work with internal stakeholders to solve problems and execute ad-hoc projects (marketing campaigns).
- Prior experience in budget management is a plus point.
- This role requires the individual to work well with internal and external parties.
- Have managed a team of 5 minimum previously.
The must haves:
- 5 years working experience in processes and business operations.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (words, power point and excel).
- Advance Excel and PowerPoint skills is a plus.
- Experience in dealing with external and internal parties.
- Have managed a team of 5 previously.
