The day-to-day activities:

  • Execute on daily tasks needed for smooth running of the GrabPay business, and for cultivating;
  • Set out and implement key Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various processes, communicate SOPs to stakeholders and supervise the implementation of these SOPs (including how to address customer feedback, payments failures, etc.);
  • Analyze relevant data, monitor efficiency of the current processes; implement changes to optimize efficiency;
  • Conduct due diligence for all contracts prior to submission, review and ensure contracts submitted are accurate, ensure full collection of mandatory documents prior to submission;
  • Work closely with sales, sales ops and compliance team to ensure maximum productivity;
  • Maintain strong working relationships with external vendors, merchants and partners;
  • Be responsible for payouts to be paid accurately and timely to vendors and partners;
  • Manage all existing inventories such as collaterals, brochures and hardwares;
  • Extract, consolidate and send out daily transaction reports to merchants in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Provide support to Sales Ops Manager on a day to day basis.

  • Meticulous, organized, able to multitask and adapt quickly to all kinds of situations;
  • Team player with initiative and a strong sense of accountability towards internal and external stakeholders;
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, able to work independently and under pressure;
  • Able to work in dynamic and fast paced environment and to meet critical deadlines;
  • Able to work well both independently and as part of a team;
  • Able to plan and prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications

  • University graduate in relevant fields;
  • Minimum 3-year experience in operations or post-sales environment
