Sales Operations Manager

Job requirement

Main Purpose

This role support sales team to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales GTM channels

Accountabilities

- Manages KPIs for sales operations team

- Creates and manages service agenda & framework

- Manages availability of sales information with BIS and sales data provider

- Reports on sales force operations (both requirements, regulatory)

- Manages financial budget

- Support cross-functional project to improve sales capability, service and cost-to-serve

- Supports bringing the Commercial Calendar to life with appropriate focus tactics and tracking

- Works the key shareholders to streamline and improve the effectiveness of sales forms, planning tools and tracking mechanisms

- Acts as central point of contact for field sales team

- Manages sales operations team

Main interactions

- Coordinates BIS & cross-functional to provide necessary sales information, assist team in solving operational issues and communication sales information

- Works with customers (e.g. Distributor , Agent, OT customers,…)

Job requirement

Key Skills/Experience Required

-          University graduation

-          At least 2 years of working experiences at equivalent role, or 5 years in sales support, prefer in FMCG.

-          Good understanding of Sales/ Commercial system is preferred

-          Good at analytical, presentation, negotiation skill

-          Good at English (verbal & writing)

-          Excellent in computer (Excel, Power Point)
