  • Billing Process for Partner
  • Patients' Profile Handling
  • Ad hoc support, report as requested

2. Customer Support:

  • Send documents, results via email, Zalo, Post
  • Manage Consumables Booking/Delivery

Job requirement

  • Be good at computer, particularly at Excel Spreadsheet
  • Management skills
  • Problem-solving
  • With a strong sense of responsibilities
  • Proactive and possess positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn & Can-do attitude
  • Medical background is added advantage
  • Basic English
