Sales Operation Staff

- Handle customer requests from initial stage to after-sales issues (quotation, sampling, order acceptance, complaint handling).

- Work with internal systems in order management.

- Ensure orders are delivered on time and accurately by coordinating with the factory on all issues.

- Timely update of customer order status and other requests.

- Prepare relevant documents during ordering/delivery/payment/sales contract…

- Check forecast and control material inventory.

- 1-2 years of experience in the garment and fashion industry is an advantage.

- English: Upper-Intermediate.

- MS Office.

- Confident and flexible when communicating with customers
