SALES OPERATION LEADER

Mô tả công việc

1. Sales Admin

· Make sure 100% End User is registered.

· Ensure PO (Purchase Order) data on SAP (accounting system), CRM (Salesforce system) are input correctly.

· Requested reports are submitted on time with high accuracy.

· Control B2B total PO include display corner to be under 30%

· Control B2C PO total discount under Sales manager plan

· Product sales commission checking - cartridge sales bonus checking

· Cooperate well with sales sides on their sales package, promotion, incentive scheme to make sure it follows rules & successful

· Make sure all PO are followed rules

2. Profit and Lost:

· Monitor operation expense and Profit loss management via ACC report

3. Logistics

· Experience in warehouse and delivery control is advantage

Yêu cầu công việc

·         University graduation, Finance – accounting is preferable. At least 5years experience in same position/scope of work (Sales Operation/Sales support team)

·         Multitask acceptable.

·         Can use English for working (speaking and writing)

·         Skilful for communication and co-operation

·         Sales support and detail/careful oriented

·         Good experience in Excel, accounting/salesforce system

·         Willing to receive heavy workload in high time

Good office computer skills
