Responsibilities

• Strategic Sales & Revenue Generation: Develop and execute sales plans to exceed revenue targets for dining, private events, and corporate bookings. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, manage the sales cycle, and ensure seamless event execution.
• Brand & Digital Marketing Leadership: Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Manage our online presence (website, social media, reviews), produce compelling collateral, and oversee the marketing budget.
• Public Relations & Communications: Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and industry leaders.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities, analyzing data to inform strategies.
• Collaboration & Team Enablement: Work closely with senior management to align efforts and empower the team with sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum3 years in a sales and marketing leadership role within high-end hospitality, F&B, or luxury lifestyle.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and boosting brand visibility.
• Digital Prowess: Strong command of digital marketing strategies and platforms.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication in English and Vietnamese.
• Technical Savvy: Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
