Sales Manager (Horeca)

Mô tả công việc

  • Develops and executes effective HORECA account-specific marketing & Sales programs
  • Responsible to manage the assigned product lines and achieve the sales targets, secure new business and monitor the monthly actual results against projected.
  • Maintain and build relationship with existing and potential customers to secure business
  • Account Management and Business Development – with existing and potential customers.
  • To meet annual sales and volume targets.
  • Formulate and implement marketing strategies so that the products and services are always competitive in the market place.
  • Develop mid to long term plan in developing agency lines to meet targeted agency growth.
  • Track and analyze market trends and potential, develop plans for products introduction and market exploitation.
  • Ensure on-time delivery to customers and responsible for debt collection.
  • Managing Products such as: Paste, Lactose Flavors, Cream, Mousse, Yogurts, Sweet Sauces etc.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Food Technology or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years Sales & Marketing experience handling Food Service accounts specific to HORECA customers
  • Good track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in preparing marketing analysis report and drive assigned product portfolio.
  • Able to handle marketing campaigns, events and sales administration
  • Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Hardworking, aggressive and well-organized; methodical and logical.
