Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all sale and marketing daily activities.
  • Effectively manage the sales team to achieve market share growth , maximize sale revenue, gross profit and reach sales targets
  • Design and implement a realistically strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base
  • Present the realistic forecasts to the management board about the future sales, revenue and gross profit through reports
  • Identify emerging markets and market changes while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirements:

  • 6 - 10 years’ experience in sales manager or relevant role with sales background of industrial material
  • Experience in B2B sales with proven track records
  • Be able to communicate in English fluently
  • Strong business acumen, problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills
  • Strong ability to multi-task and highly organized
  • Strong leadership skills and drive to grow career
