Job requirement

Strategy Planning & Execution:

  • Develop, propose, and implement short-term and long-term business strategies and plans to achieve sales targets.

  • Analyze market and competitors to propose suitable business solutions.

Team Management & Development:

  • Recruit, train, guide, and develop skills for the sales team.

  • Set individual and team goals, evaluate employee performance.

  • Motivate and build a professional, cohesive work environment.

Sales Operations Management:

  • Supervise, urge, and evaluate the sales team's performance.

  • Seek, build, and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.

  • Negotiate, sign contracts, and resolve customer-related issues.

  • Monitor and manage customer debts.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare periodic reports on sales, market, and business activities.

  • Analyze sales data to make timely adjustments.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments (Marketing, Accounting, Customer Service...) to ensure smooth business operations.

Job requirement

  • Age range: 28–40 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in sales management, preferably in seafood, food, FMCG, or export trading.
  • Skills:
    • Leadership, management, and team development skills.

    • Business strategy planning and execution skills.

    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

    • Market analysis and problem-solving skills.

    • Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    • Fluent in English.

  • Qualities: Dynamic, enthusiastic, able to work under high pressure, responsible.
