Job requirement

  • Together with the brand manager to build & implement sales plans, policies, procedures, and practices to meet requirements of short and long-term business objectives and needs in terms of sales target
  • Plan, organize, direct and control sales staff to meet sales objectives.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and build a healthy and skillful sales team.
  • Working with and negotiate with retailers to have the best sales program
  • Handling all distributor/ retailers orders as well as constructively handle and supervise their complaints related to products, services, and promotion programs.
  • Stock management: order list, forecasting, ensuring inventory stays healthy to minimize the expired products
  • Improve and manage P&L of sales activities & implement expenses’ efficiency.
  • Ensure connection between sales and marketing, training, purchasing, finance functions; supervise the joint work of monthly and initial ordering for goods, promotion program
  • Competitor info’s collection and simple market research conducting to support for sales plan as well as marketing’s requirement
  • Do report and other task assigned by brand manager

Job requirement

  • 2 years at sales manager level
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or relating fields
  • Experience in the Cosmetics / Health & Beauty industry is a big plus
  • Excellent business acumen, sales belongings, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Responsibility and accountability
  • Personality: open-minded, honest, result-oriented, self-motivated, committed, determined.
