The day-to-day activities:
- Make driver acquisition plan to recruit partners (drivers) based on assigned KPIs, frequency to market, approach the appropriate targets, support on paperwork, answer questions for drivers
- Responsible for both individual and team’s target; ensure the coverage of partners at all working areas of Grab
- Recruit and train for sales forces
- Manage, divide sales target, evaluate performance of team members to achieve team’s goals
- Make business development plan/business management process to achieve the highest business efficiency.
- Develop marketing programs to attract potential partners (drivers)
- Take part in proposing bonus, training for drivers to encourage and strengthen partner engagement.
- Perform periodical / extraordinary reports and other duties as required by Supervisor or Director.
The must haves:
- At least 5 years experience in Sales (2-3 years experience at management position)
- Willing to take business trip when needed
- Experience in FMCG, transportation, financial service, insurance, real estate fields is a plus
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Good competency of team management, sales planning
- Ability to work well with other departments such as Admin, Driver Support…
- Experience in negotiating with a large number of partners is an advantage
- Ability to work under high pressure, work away from home
- Responsible, result-focus
