Sales Leader

Summary of the Job:

The Sales Leader is the highest level of enterprise sales rep within the organization. Sales Leader work with the largest, most complex accounts within the business. The accounts include the bigest companies. Sales skill, experience and passion are vital to the Sales Leader role. We have a passion to connect employers with the right talent at the right time. Essential Responsibilities:

• You will become a subject matter expert on human resources, recruitment landscape, and how the economy impacts today’s workforce.
• Act as a trusted advisor to your clients by identifying and consulting with key decision makers to understand their business needs and build a business case for CareerBuilder’s solutions.
• Encourage clients to evaluate business needs and recruiting strategies in new ways. Constructively challenge client perceptions and the status quo.
• Customer experience comes first. You must have an innate ability to engage, support, and service your customers.

• Each day your focus will be to identify opportunities, create the business case and close the sale. You are able to own the entire sales lifecycle and have complete control over your success.
• You are able to articulate the value of new services to your existing client base and continue to expand the business with a set of nationwide accounts who currently partner with CareerBuilder.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in CRM
• Partner with success to drive product usage, deliver on ROI, and identify opportunities for growth within accounts
• Lead a team of 2-5 Senior/ Account Manager and manage the day-to-day sales activities and performance of your team

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• 7+ years of business to business sales experience selling at the executive level
• 3+ years of business to business sales management experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience with conceptual sales at enterprise level, solution selling and value-based selling
• Able to self-motivate and work independently
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines
• High activity sales cycle for selling new solutions: both Media and Solution solutions
• Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Strong sense of initiative and desire to achieve
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines
• Experience working named account lists

Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

• Experience with B2B sales
• Experience selling software or services
• Experience selling to C/D-Suite buyers
• Experience selling to HR buyers
• Experience selling  into a named account set of VND 4bil + - VND 8bil annual target with an average annual deal size >=VND 50M, and manage 1-5 sales rep with VND 1bil – 8bil/ team target
• Proven success selling to the executive level as well as multiple buyers at several levels within large, enterprise organizations

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Required

Minimum Years of Experience:

• 7+ years

Physical Demands:

• Frequent phone and computer use
• Creating written communications
• Able to sit/stand at a desk
• Able to bend, sit, stand, lift boxes or equipment (between 0-15 lbs)
• Able to travel domestically
