We are a newly established, cutting-edge medical diagnostic laboratory headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, poised to become one of the largest private commercial labs in the region (foreign investment). Our vision is to deliver quality, accurate, fast, and affordable testing services to patients and healthcare providers, with plans to expand nationally in the near future.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Key Account Manager to lead our B2B sales efforts, focusing on acquiring and managing partnerships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and other healthcare providers. You will be instrumental in driving sample referrals and lab service adoption, ensuring sustainable revenue growth through strategic relationship-building and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to drive sample volume from hospitals, clinics, GPs, and specialists.

  • Lead, train, and manage a small sales team or medical representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.

  • Set clear KPIs and provide ongoing coaching, support, and performance evaluations.

  • Identify, approach, and onboard key accounts in the medical ecosystem (including private clinics, polyclinics, medical centers, specialty hospitals).

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for partners.

  • Educate healthcare providers on the lab’s services, test menu, turnaround times, and digital platforms.

  • Represent the lab at industry events, medical conferences, and business meetings.

  • Analyze market trends and competitors to inform pricing and service strategies.

  • Provide regular reports, team sales performance tracking, and forecasts to management.

Job requirement

Job Requirements:

Must-Have:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in:

    • Medical laboratory services

    • Medical devices

    • Pharmaceuticals (OTC & ETC channel)

  • Strong existing network within hospitals, clinics, or doctor communities in Ho Chi Minh City or southern Vietnam.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop key accounts and close deals in a competitive healthcare environment.

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Results-driven with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Willingness to travel for client visits and potential market expansions.

Preferred:

  • Background in laboratory diagnostics, life sciences, or healthcare services.

  • Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment.

  • English proficiency (business level) is a plus.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital platforms.
