Sales Executive_Wine

Job requirement

Sales development of beverages:

  1. Manage the existing client base of wine clientele at a HoReCa level, and pro-actively recruit new HoReCa clients to the company
  2. Manage and track all quotations, sales & marketing initiatives, and follow through to conclusion.
  3. Maintain a close business relationship with Hotel and Restaurant Owners, F&B Directors, General Managers and Purchasing officers. Manage the creation of wine lists, promotions and distribution
  4. Utilise the Warehouse facilities as required.
  5. Conduct training courses for HoReCa clients when necessary
  6. Provide weekly reporting on prospects, client visits, problems, issues and solutions.
  7. Manage debtors, follow any other job-related instructions and to perform other job-related duties in relation to the position requirements.

Job Functions:

  1. Is the representative of The Warehouse, ensuring that the policies are implemented, price structure respected and marketing activities are in place.
  2. Work in very close contact with all Annam teams
  3. Develops and cultivates good customer relations via face-to-face contact. Responds to customers' needs, consistent with The Warehouse standards, culture and business practices. Identifies and implements solutions to customers' needs/problems. Participates/encourages quality assessment, profitability and improvement.
  4. Generates relevant beverage reports for Managers/employees.
  5. Manages and checks directly the beverage sales forecasts.
  6. Pro-actively manage debtors to full payment conclusion
  7. Perform and develop sales activities in provinces.
  8. Participate in special projects and performs additional duties as required.

Job requirement

- Graduate from College/ University, major in Foreign Trade/ Commercial/ Economics

- At least 2 years experience in FMCG/ Wine & Spirits company

- Prefer candidates have experience in the Horeca sector in Nha Trang City

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to interact with various types of people (Western, locals...) and build a relationship

- Dynamic, proactive, motivated, is a team player

- Planning and organization skills

- Good English level

- Workplace: 18 Buu Doa St., Phuoc Long Ward, Nha Trang City
