Propose Sales Plan, Promotion Plan and ensure to execute action plan smoothly at assigned dealers/channels.
Plan to regularly visit customers, update information including company policy; products, price, promotions, activities and support them on matters related to brand and company.
Update and negotiate for Dealers Trading Term, Sales Condition and other support to dealers.
Follow strictly key KPIs including: Sales Target/Price Control/Day of Sales/Day of Payment/P&L/Sales Support Fund to optimize profit and reduce risks in business.
Collect dealers; market and competitor’s information, report and feedback and propose for action plan.
Actively seek for new customers to expand market and SKUs ranging to optimize share in both volume and amount, brand and revenue.
Work closely with the Marketing Team to optimize brand and product images at dealers as well as enhance customers' awareness.
Work closely to Accounting to handle dealers’ payment, contracts, settlement and finance matters.
Strong co-operation in logistics to ensure delivery to customers on time.
Make required reports, database under support from Admin to follow Sales Target, Sales Situation and Market Fluctuation.
