Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Sales Executive to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. The Sales Executive will support current, potential, and future clients by managing sales inquiries, preparing proposals, following up on leads, and maintaining client relationships. The role involves close collaboration with the Community Manager and the Board of Directors, as well as active participation in achieving individual and company sales targets.

The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently while contributing positively to a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and reply promptly and professionally to inbound and outbound client enquiries via email, phone, and in person
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, referrals, and partnerships
  • Prepare, send, and follow up on proposals, quotations, contracts, and other sales-related documents
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, site tours, and inspections of offices, co-working spaces, meeting rooms, and event venues
  • Coordinate closely with all team members across all W locations to ensure proper support for clients and smooth service delivery
  • Maintain accurate sales records, CRM data, and sales reports
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
  • Support sales administration and assist the Community Manager and Board of Directors when required
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and client feedback to support continuous improvement of sales strategies
  • Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets

Job requirement

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, including lead generation, client acquisition, and full sales cycle management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up abilities
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility and professionalism
  • Experience in corporate services, real estate, serviced offices, or co-working environments is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (spoken and written)
  • Good command of MS Office and CRM systems
