Job requirement

  • Develop and manage relationships with existing and new customers.

  • Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.

  • Consult customers on product options, pricing, MOQ, and production timelines.

  • Prepare quotations, follow up on negotiations, and close sales deals.

  • Coordinate with production, planning, and QA teams to ensure smooth order execution.

  • Monitor order progress and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports.

  • Participate in trade shows, customer meetings, and business development activities when required.

Job requirement

  • 1- 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in manufacturing, textile, garment, or headwear industries.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and orders simultaneously.

  • Good understanding of sales processes and customer service.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • English communication skills are required (written & spoken).

  • -  Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
