Job requirement

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales executive to join our Flight Simulator Centre team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, expanding our customer base, and enhancing the overall experience for our clients. You will play a key role in promoting our state-of-the-art flight simulation experiences to individual enthusiasts, aviation industry professionals, corporate clients, and educational institutions.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience:  2+ years in sales/marketing (aviation, education, or entertainment a plus).

  • Skills:

  • Languages: Vietnamese (native), English (professional proficiency)

  • Confident communicator, negotiator & presenter.
  • Results-oriented, organized, and able to perform under pressure.

  • Creative, customer-focused, result-driven, and team-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

  • Passion for aviation & innovation is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and approach potential clients, including tourists, schools, corporate groups, and aviation enthusiasts.

  • Conduct engaging sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase flight simulation offerings.

  • Build a robust sales pipeline and convert leads into bookings.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Foster strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure high satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding sessions, packages, and specifications.

Promotion & Marketing:

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote special events, corporate packages, and educational programs.

  • Organize promotional activities to increase visibility and foot traffic.

Campaign & Performance Analysis:

  • Track sales performance, analyze customer feedback, and report on marketing and sales activities to enhance lead generation strategies.

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new growth and innovation opportunities.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with operational staff, marketing, and product development teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and consistent branding.
