Sales Executive

Job requirement

  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Develop negotiating strategies in line with company directions and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating clients' needs and goals.
  • Promote the company’s products/services through addressing client requirements
  • Support clients with product demonstrations and recommendations
  • Prepare bid documents to potential clients
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to finalise terms and conditions related to contracts and agreement.
  • Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the industry/target market assigned
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions via customer feedback
  • Collect & analyze customers' information to consult and provide solutions with AUTO-ID technologies
  • Responsible for preparation of sales quotation, proposals and related documents following customers' requirement
  • Follow up customers' payment to avoid overdue and bad debts
  • Co-ordinate with other departments in resolving customers' complaint and operational issues to achieve customers' satisfaction
  • Submit sales forecast every months; Report on the status of new sales activities and sales progress to Manager
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job requirement

  • Having economic background or related field
  • Good level of Business English proficiency
  • Working experience: 2 - 4 years 
  • Ability to discover issues + Hearing ability + logical thinking to provide the solution for customers
  • Ability to propose specific solutions to customers using numerical data and data objectively decided by customers
  • Ability to learn and get enough knowledge of SATO product (Printers, Consumables, and ribbons) and AUTO-ID products (Handy Terminals, Scanners, and Softwares) which provide by SATO
  • Good communication, careful, meticulous, be proactive and flexible in handling time
  • IT competencies (office suite, email, internet, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently, work with the team, hard-working with a can-do attitude
  • Able to meet with the deadline
