Sales Engineer (Kỹ Sư Bán Hàng)

With nearly 25 years of establishment and development, DC Technology Company (founded in 2000) and PMAC Joint Stock Company (founded in 2020)have become leading companies in providing comprehensive solutions for the jewelry and precious metal manufacturing industry. Our expertise covers technology, machinery, equipment, supplies and electroplating chemicals in the Indochina region.

We are currently recruiting for the positions of Sales & Business Development to support the company. Below are the details of the positions:

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop potential customers, build relationships and provide suitable technical solutions./ Tìm kiếm và phát triển khách hàng tiềm năng, xây dựng mối quan hệ và tư vấn giải pháp kỹ thuật phù hợp.
• Introduce and sell products/services, ensuring sales targets are achieved./ Giới thiệu và bán sản phẩm/dịch vụ, đảm bảo đạt chỉ tiêu doanh số.
• Maintain customer relationships, provide technical support and suggest product/service improvements./ Duy trì quan hệ với khách hàng, hỗ trợ kỹ thuật, đề xuất giải pháp cải thiện sản phẩm/dịch vụ.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to propose improvement ideas./ Theo dõi xu hướng thị trường, hoạt động của đối thủ cạnh tranh để đề xuất ý tưởng cải tiến.
• Prepare periodic reports, analyze data, and propose business strategies./ Lập báo cáo định kỳ, phân tích dữ liệu và đề xuất chiến lược kinh doanh.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and professional knowledge./ Tham gia các buổi đào tạo, hội thảo để nâng cao kỹ năng và kiến thức chuyên môn.
• Report to Sales Manager and perform other tasks as assigned./ Báo cáo công việc cho Trưởng phòng kinh doanh và thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu.

• Bachelor's or College degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, Engineering or related fields./ Tốt nghiệp Đại học/Cao đẳng chuyên ngành Kinh tế, Quản trị kinh doanh, Marketing, Thương mại quốc tế, Kỹ thuật hoặc các ngành liên quan.

• At least 6 months of experience in B2B sales (industrial equipment, chemicals or high-tech products)./ Tối thiểu 6 tháng kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực kinh doanh B2B (thiết bị công nghiệp, hóa chất, sản phẩm công nghệ cao).

• Preferred English proficiency at intermediate level or above/ Ưu tiên tiếng Anh trung cấp trở lên.

• Strong communication, negotiation skills, quick learning ability, and passion for technology./ Kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán tốt, khả năng học hỏi nhanh và yêu thích công nghệ.

• Hardworking, detail-oriented and responsible in work./ Chăm chỉ, cẩn thận, có trách nhiệm với công việc.
