Experience:
• Support sales activities for automation, SMT, dispensing, and robotic solutions.
• Assist senior sales engineers in preparing quotations, technical proposals, and sales documentation.
• Conduct market surveys to collect information on customer demand, application needs, and market trends.
• Perform regular customer visits to understand customer requirements, production challenges, and future expansion plans.
• Gather feedback from customers and share market insights with the sales and management teams.
• Understand customer requirements and help propose suitable technical solutions under guidance.
• Participate in customer meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations together with sales and service teams.
• Coordinate internally with service engineers during installation, commissioning, and after-sales support.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, proposals, and ongoing sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with customers through regular communication and site visits.
• Assist in updating sales reports, market analysis, forecasts, and customer databases.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of working experience in sales, technical sales, or customer-facing roles; experience in the same or related industry will be an advantage.
• Sales-oriented mindset with strong motivation to achieve targets and business results.
• Previous experience in SMT equipment sales, industrial equipment sales, or automation-related sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong technical background or in-depth SMT process knowledge is not mandatory; however, a willingness to learn technical products and applications is essential. Comprehensive training will be provided.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Comfortable with customer visits, market survey activities, and business development tasks.
• Willing to travel for customer visits and sales-related activities.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Ability to communicate in Japanese / Korean / Chinese is an advantage.
