Mô tả công việc

Business management:

- Planning and building business strategies according to company strategies.

- Developing and managing the customer systems included potential and existing customers.

- Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for accounts; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.

- Building and following the implementation of sales plan monthly / quarterly / yearly.

- Participating in managing, operating and supervising the daily transaction business.

- Advising GD in business strategies planning, sales policies and programs.

- Researching, advising GD about the market development trends, analyzing and evaluating competitors, orienting and developing products in accordance with company's development plan and market trends. .

Sales force management:

- Participating in the recruitment of all levels of sales positions, organizing the relevant training and assessment to staff to optimize the sales skills

- Maintaining sales force job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

- Supervising, monitoring the daily work of sale force, ensuring the achievement of market development targets and sales targets.

Customer development and support:

- Building and developing customer service, customer support policies, solving problems occur during business time

- Organizing the customer complaint handling in order to keep the good relationship with customers

- Bulding and implementing the connecting programs with customers for understanding and satisfying the customer needs as well as increasing the opportunity of practice development.

- Periodically report or per request from GD.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Candidate from 33-45 years old

- University or above, major in Engneering, Industrial Machines, Foreign Trade, Economics,…
- More than 10 years of hands - on experience in sales in industrial machines with at least 5 years in management position.
- Good command of English and competency in MS Office
- Good leadership skill and organization skill

- Excellent in communication, negotiation, presentation, analysis, strategic planning and forecast.
- Responsible, interpersonal, strong, dynamic & initiative, able to work under high pressure
