Job requirement

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the B2B IT market, focusing on SMB and SME segments (Data Center & infrastructure).
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, develop key customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed of industry developments, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to track performance and inform strategic planning.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand presence.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Job requirement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT sales, specifically B2B, with a focus on SMB and SME markets.
  • Fluent English is require with minimun 7-10 year same working exprience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Knowledge of IT Networking products/services, cloud solutions, software, hardware, or related technologies is a plus.

· With Presales knowledge is a plus
