Job requirement

1. Administration tasks:

  • Consolidate OD list, update, change
  • Consolidate IS list, update, tracking birthday, phone numbers
  • Check Car schedule and the distance of IS & TC team in weekly & monthly
  • Check weekly planning of sales and push them do the plan week by week
  • Check expense record of each sales
  • Business letter (Incentive letter, Responses letter…)
  • ISO audit
  • Meeting room booking
  • Write a minutes of meeting in each IS meeting
  • Compose the Contract to Customer
  • Others communication preparation (Car manegement, letter, contract, dialogue…)
  • Other reports required by line manager
  • Manage POSM
  • Customers master data:
  • Create, modify, update, Block (if be required) in SAP system
  • Tracking customers’s contract, licence, Tax registration
  • Support KAEs run volume if have required
  • Active to participate trainings and any program held by the company.
  • Independently work or co-operate with SMC do some analysis Audit and then prepare a proposal to line manager

2. Reporting

  • Monthly S&M management meeting report
  • Daily Sales Volume report
  • Customers status tracking report (NPS)
  • Calculate monthly INC for customers & cross check with CS
  • Calculate quarterly INC for customers & cross check with CS
  • Calculate yearly INC for customers & cross check with CS
  • Sales report (if have required)
  • LIP monthly and quarterly report
  • Monthly BCI report to IS team

3. Communication net-working

Internal communication

  • Participate in weekly meeting, monthly meeting in sales section
  • Actively join cross – function meeting if any
  • Actively to cross – check volume monthly, quarterly & yearly with CS.
  • Check internal mail and response accordingly
  • Organize to motivate Sales in quarterly as Show & Share, birthday…

External communication

  • Keep our customer informed about INSEE  policy, promotion programs… in place.
  • Get any feedbacks from customer about INSEE product, service, sales policy… via email, fax, phone, complaint and report to line manager with respective comments/solutions.
  • Build up a net-work of construction companies (private or state owned) and/or other government office relating to our industry.
