Job requirement

  • Identify opportunities to increase volume, margin, and service across our marketplace, drive the team to hit target – personal and team target

  • Manage, mentor, and create a high-performing team

  • Develop and maintain continuing business relationships with present clients, prospective clients, and the general public to support and enhance the promotion of the company with their reputation as superior service providers.

  • Provide accurate and clear reports to leadership

  • Manage and grow key accounts

  • Develop and implement Training and Coaching program

  • Improve and implement sales process

  • Work with leaders across the the organization to implement new processes as needed

  • Instill company culture

Job requirement

  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience and 4+ years of sales leadership, 

  • Experience in Logistics, Trucking Sales, international 3PL is a plus

  • Excellent customer-oriented with VIP accounts, sales skill, sales-driven, strong negotiation communication skills

  • A broad knowledge of logistics/trucking

  • Get accustomed to “Startup” spirit

  • Data driven

  • Process oriented

  • Proven high level and high value negotiation skill
