You will be working as part of GrabKitchen team for our cloud kitchen business. We are a lean team, and work closely in service of shaping the Grab brand into a loveable powerhouse in Southeast Asia.
Get to know the Role:
We are looking for Sales & BD Lead, GrabKitchen with relevant F&B experience to join our team. You will be responsible for establishing and managing strong business relationships with existing and potential key partners nationally to drive growth for GrabKitchen Vietnam. You will have an exciting opportunity to work with top F&B players in VN and be exposed to business elements such as business strategies, account management, and other strategic sales-based initiatives.
The day-to-day activities:
Sales:
Review and conduct analysis of performance and metric reports against KPIs and sales goals
Build meaningful reports and dashboards on sales pipeline, with data-driven insights
Maintain and improve data integrity
Provide training to sales teams on new sales tools and process changes
Provide assistance with sales incentive compensation administration
Business Development:
Forge GrabKitchen business development strategy and strategic partnerships
Close strategic deals with key F&B partners in VN
Evaluate strategic and partnership opportunities, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses
Drive growth in key accounts as measured by deliveries and GMV
End-to-end deal managing (including kitchen development, finance, operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure the success of the partnership)
Work across functions to tailor merchant specific needs (e.g. customized reporting, marketing support, integrations)
Drive operational excellence by working with the merchants, operations teams, facilities management teams and suppliers for GrabKitchen
Develop account management processes to facilitate and increase performance of all merchants within GrabKitchen
The must haves:
Minimum Bachelor Degree
Min. 3-4 years of experience in F&B-related sales/business development and partnerships. Experience in dealing with national brands is a plus
F&B business development and/or brand operations is a big advantage
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking of business strategies
Good relationship-management and communication skills with an ability to effectively network within the industry internally and externally
Self-starter, driven and highly motivated
Able to manage in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Meticulous, organized, able to multitask and adapt quickly to all kinds of situations
Team player with initiative and strong sense of accountability towards internal and external stakeholders
Self-motivated, highly organized, able to work with minimal supervision and under pressure
Thrives in a dynamic and fast paced environment in meeting critical deadlines
Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
Able to plan and prioritize tasks effectively
MS Office skills are required. Proficient with Excel and pivot tables
Fluent in Vietnamese and English
