SALES ASSISTANT MANAGER

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

• Supporting Sales team including:
  • Supporting SOP, pricing, agency network
  • Following up sales leads
  • Key-in data on CRM
  • Handle sales leads from oversea agents
  • Distribute necessary information from BOD to sales team and follow up
  • Collect sales leads from sales team and send to agent
  • Support sales team to solve troubles
  • Visit clients with sales team if required
  • Training sales staff if required
• Supporting product Managers to find qualified vendors and co-loaders
• Building relationship with suppliers, carriers, airlines to have good rates for sales and agents
• Quoting and dealing with agent assigned by BOD
• Coordinating with other departments to develop business plan/ campaigns and in-charge of all company campaigns
• Reach out to agents
• Prepare the presentation and present M&R introduction to clients in the meetings
• Provide reports assigned by BOD
• Other tasks assigned by BOD

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

-  Extensive knowledge of forwarding and logistics activities throughout all levels of the processes.

-  5 years of logistics-related work experience.

-  Excellent negotiation and convincing presentation skills.

-  Ability to work independently using initiative, and to work as a team player.

-  Strong desire and ability to provide suggestions on how to improve processes and increase overall sales performance.

-  Excellent command of English, and ability to present and create promotional material and reports to a high standard in English.

-  Solid knowledge of all Microsoft Office products.
