Job requirement

Daily Operation Management:

- Oversee and well manage the operational activities in all sales channels (B2C owned channels, B2B/distributors/platforms).

- Ensure sales operations plan, its objectives, and administrative procedures are thoroughly understood and implemented

- Seek new opportunities to increase sales volumes as well as expand sales channels.

- To plan optimal trade coverage effectiveness.

- To Control the application of trade terms, credit policy, and promotions

- Follow up on the development of his area potential and recommend further actions.

Stockiest & Customers management:

- Manage stockiest at a high level, ensure all the operation are well aligned with company business guidelines and objective

- Establish effective relationships with his customers.

- Report customer service level and other matters affecting sales to the trade.

Cost management:

- Control selling expenses as authorize as laid down in the schedule of authorities

- Assess financial solvency of the trade and recommend action to his superior.

- Prepare regular reports of sale progress and forecasts

Team Management:

- Participate in drawing up of sales incentive scheme.

- Train, motivate, counsel, discipline, and control his subordinates as well as appraise their performance

- Execute ad-hoc operations as planned by the Company

- Take other assignments from the Sales & Marketing Director as requested

Job requirement


-          University Degree

-          At least 5 year’s experience in the same position (ASM) in FMCG/ OTC

-          Solid understanding of sales programs

-          Experience and knowledge in health & beauty products will be an advantage

-          Entrepreneurship mindsets

-          Proactive & result-focused and follow up to the end

-          Project management skills, get-things-done attitude

-          Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking

-          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-          Excellent in negotiation skill

-          Passionate & able to work under high pressure.
