Sales Assistant

Job requirement

  • Coordinate Sales Team Leader communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients

  • Maintain professional image, join Sales Team Leader attend meeting & record meeting minutes

  • Maintain Sales Team Leader's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.

  • Coordinate with the sales staff to organize workshops, events and ensure that all workshops, event materials are prepared prior to deadlines

  • Coordinate with Sales team to assess and deal with potential leads after workshops, events

  • Maintain customer's relationship and satisfaction with the company

  • Report any issues to Sales Team Leader immediately

  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job requirement

  • BA degree in economics, business or related field

  • Good listening, written and verbal communication skills

  • Good presentation skills

  • Confident and willing to face the challenges

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

  • Good as training and negotiation is a PLUS

  • Experience in marketing is preferable
