Job requirement

  • Communicate with customers to provide product details, pricing, and support for inquiries.
  • Join customer meetings and follow up with the next steps.
  • Arrange sample reviews with customers.
  • Follow up on orders and samples, ensuring timely processing, production, and delivery.
  • Coordinate with related departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Arrange final inspections between customers and the internal team to meet quality standards before shipment.
  • Handle compliance documents, ensuring all necessary certifications and paperwork are in place.
  • Review and submit carton layouts, AI, labels, etc.. for customer approval.
  • Manage after-sales support, including handling customer complaints and coordinating solutions.
  • Assist in organizing trade shows, showroom visits, and client meetings.
  • Update marketing materials and arrange showroom.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.

Job requirement

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with good command of English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in handling overseas customers and/or upholstered furniture is an advantage.
