Sales and Procurement staff – a newly established Japanese factory- 20 headcounts

I. COMPANY INFORMATION

Our client is a newly established Japanese-owned factory specializing in production/ procurement of wood-pellets and new biomass power plant projects.

II. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fuel procurement operations (wood residues, timber) in various provinces
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers (small-scale factories, traders, etc.)
- Conduct sales activities under manager’s instructions (handling existing clients, gathering new information)
- Market research (price and supply conditions)
- Administrative support for contracts
- Ensure smooth communication and information sharing within the department
- Perform other tasks as instructed by superiors

III. COMPENSATION
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (60-minute lunch break)
- Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and Vietnamese national holidays
- Probation period & the salary: 2 months, 100% salary
- Bonus Scheme: Twice per year (subject to performance)
- Other Benefits: Lunch allowance, telephone allowance, annual health check-up, employee health insurance, full-salary social insurance contribution, company event

Must Have　
- Communication skills in Japanese or English
- Living in Tuyen Quang, Lao Cai, Phu Tho or Thai Nguyen
- Ability to work on-site (including travel and stays in provinces)
- Flexibility and ability to work effectively in the field
- Over 3 years of experience in purchasing or sales

Nice to have (advantage / preferable)
- Extensive experience in the wood industry (procurement, sales, etc.) and/or strong network within the wood industry
- Living in Tuyen Quang, Lao Cai(ex- Yen Bai).
