*** Position Summary:
The Sales and Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth and market penetration within Office Solution Division. This role entails developing strategic customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing consultative sales strategies tailored to corporate, commercial, education, etc. clients. The manager will oversee the full sales cycle — from lead generation to contract closure — while ensuring high standards of customer experience and operational efficiency. This includes monitoring, reporting about customers, competitors, market activities as well as managing sales enquiries, sales quotation and receivables. Supervise the sales team and coordinate with cross-functional divisions and suppliers to ensure delivery products smoothly & on schedule.
* Performance objectives:
1. Complete monthly/ quaterly project report/ forecast to DM/MD and Suppliers
2. Manage customers, suppliers & partners relationship
3. Follow up and develop the sales process including sales quotation and receivables independently or under guideline from DM/MD
4. Master product knowledge and deliver to new team members
5. Allocate project to the salesteam
